About 7 hours ago, our yard looked like a weed farm. I swear I pulled weeds last weekend, but they just won’t go away. Now, the whole yard looks awesome thanks to the combined efforts of Dylan and myself. All together it took about 12 man hours to get the place in shape.

Why go to all this trouble? Not to please the nosy neighbor who parks their boat across from our driveway and then reports us to the city for blocking the road with our trash bins, that’s for sure. Assuming the guy from the bank calls us back on Tuesday, our house should be getting appraised in the very near future and it needs to be in extra special shape. Now, if only it would stay in the condition without any effort...
