this week i purchased a super neat gadget. i am not really one for gadgets, but after i nearly broke down and came so close to purchasing a blackberry despite it’s impossibly irritating user interface, i have been thinking about PDA’s and how convenient they are. then erin got an ipod touch for christmas. it’s really all her fault. ok, not really, but she was the catalyst for this.
two of the most irritating things about PDAs are bad formatting of web pages and emails. who cares if you can access the internet from your pocket if you can’t read the page because the text is all in a line down the page. same goes for emails. so, finally a PDA i can get on board with: the ipod touch. and even better, it is like a mini computer that works off wifi for a fee of free dollars. all of the issues of bad web browsing and emails are gone. it is the greatest ever. it even syncs with my calendar and stores music and other things. it is the best.
moral of the story, your PDA sucks, get an ipod touch.
