so yesterday was dylan and my first anniversary. we didn’t really have any money to do anything *special, so instead we did yard work. the thing is that it didn’t matter that we couldn’t do anything fancy, but instead we spent the whole day together which we rarely get to do. we devoted our day to making one another happy and what a day it was. we did yard work, built shelves, dylan made bees angry, i raked leaves, we ate sushi and cake and we went to see “the last kiss” which was pretty good.
at the end of one year, i still get excited every time i see dylan and even when we are arguing, there is no place i would rather be than with him. so cheers to us and to many years to come.
