hmmm…today was to have been my second day back at the uob, but alas i still have not been given my schedule. apparently the one woman with the power to tell me when i start slave-waging is having personal crises and has been out for over a week. i have called everyday since last thursday, but to no avail. so i have resigned myself to calling at least twice a day until someone gives me results. on the upside, i went in and met aaron, the manager of the digital duck, and chatted it up. he alluded to the fact that he would be calling me later this week for an interview.
since yesterday i took care of all my residency issues (i am officially a resident) i basically have no business left to take care of. so in order to combat the boredom that has already set in, yesterday i cleaned the entire house, made dinner and ran a thousand errands. today i ran more errands, bought carpet remnants for the kitty fun station 3000 and made granola bars (which may turn out to be more granola like than bars) and i went for a run. there are still hours left in the day. what to do?
