today the temperature climbed well over 100 degrees. dylan and i decided that in honor of our 105 degree day we should fry eggs on the sidewalk. and seeing that we had two old eggs in our fridge, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to put them to use. so we put some foil down on the pavement and fried away. it didn’t turn into anything that you might want to eat, but they did in a sense cook themselves on the sidewalk. we have pictures, i’ll post them later. either way, our little science experiment was only semi-successful. maybe we will have to try again on sunday when it will be at least 109 degrees. stupid tucson.

Remember when we made lagsana at camp in a solar cooking box with the girl scouts…to bad it wasn’t hotter that day it would have worked better….at least we didn’t try to bake a cake….
