so we have returned from california. oh so tired. i couldn’t be too relieved that i have a mere 12 days of work remaining, even though i will have to spend them without the support of my co-aid lynnette. why? you ask…well, let’s just say that lynnette is no longer with our agency. it is really too bad, i am not one to root for someone to lose their job, but she really didn’t belong there. as heart-wrenching as it is to see a single mom lose her job, she really did it to herself. there is just no excuse for threatening kids no matter how badly you need your job. however, i did hear that not even one hour after she was let go, she was offered a job teaching karate (she’s a third level black belt national champion). i have to say that karate is probably a better career choice for her. good luck lynnette.
so…it is getting down to the wire for moving, we have about four weeks left. we should be setting up a yard sale in the next week or so and hopefully we will sell my car before we go too. and when i am finished working, no rest for the weary…must pack. boo moving, but yay getting the hell out of tucson.
so the new dmb cd is out now. i haven’t bought it yet, not because i am not planning to buy it, just because i have no money or time to get it. but pay day is tomorrow, and i am planning to hit up the record store to pick up my very own copy. review to come. stay tuned.
