kitty sucks. two nights ago she decided to have a grand adventure for several hours, leaving me worried and unable to sleep until we found her. now dylan’s version of this story is that i made him walk around in the middle of the night looking for her. but, the truth is that he got in bed and said “do you want me to look for kitty” i told him that i didn’t care and a few minutes later he got up on his own and went searching. but kitty sucks and i bet that her downfall is that she gets stolen by another family because she is such an attention whore. stupid whore.
reason number two that i am so tired…our second aide, lynnette has become totally useless. she doesn’t follow behavior plans, she doesn’t listen to advice and she is way too aggressive with already aggressive kids (bad combo). she makes the kids act out more because she doesn’t know what she is doing. she is far too immature and inexperienced for our class. and in our class that adds up to being in the way and also creates more work. i have more conflicts to resolve and i basically have to babysit her because our teacher doesn’t have enough time. thus, with all of this picking up her slack and cleaning up her messes, my job is thrice as stressful, busy and exhausting. boo lynnette. i feel that i should supplement all of this complaining about lynnette by saying that while she is a terrible addition to our classroom, she is a very sweet girl and i do like her, i just don’t want to have to work with her. oh well, nothing i can do and only 26 days left.
and now for the sake of conversational detour…i need to say that some congratulations need to go out for christine who just got a well deserved promotion! so, more responsibility, better hours (?), and better pay for christine! what will she do with all of her new found riches? buy me stuff. that’s right. no wait…just kidding. so big celabratory trip to dq in christine’s honor tonight. also belated happy birthday for christine as well.
